All advertisers must comply with these rules to maintain a safe, reliable, and respectful platform. Non-compliance may result in content removal and account suspension or cancellation. TravestisElite is a site within the Anuncios Elite network (anuncioselite.com).
2. Permitted Content
Advertisers may publish content that meets the following conditions:
Personal description: Information that faithfully represents the advertiser (age, physical characteristics, languages, etc.).
Own original photographs: Images taken specifically of the advertiser that represent their real and current appearance.
Contact information: Data that the advertiser wishes to make public in order to be contacted.
Service description: Information about the services offered, provided they are lawful in the corresponding jurisdiction.
Rates and availability: Information about prices and service hours.
3. Strictly Prohibited Content
It is strictly prohibited to publish content that:
Involves minors: Any content that shows, suggests, or references persons under 18 years of age, under any circumstances.
Promotes human trafficking: Any content that implies exploitation, coercion, deception, or trafficking of persons.
Contains violence: Material that shows, promotes, or glorifies violence, physical or psychological abuse.
Promotes illegal drugs: References to the use, sale, or distribution of illegal substances.
Is discriminatory: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or intolerance based on race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or any other condition.
Uses stolen or fake material: Photographs or content belonging to third parties, downloaded from the internet, or that does not faithfully represent the advertiser.
Is zoophilic or necrophilic: Any content that references activities with animals or deceased persons.
Promotes illegal activities: Any content that encourages, facilitates, or instructs on the commission of crimes.
Is artificially generated (deepfakes/AI): Images, videos, or texts generated wholly or partially by artificial intelligence that purport to represent a real or non-existent person.
4. Image Guidelines
Photographs published on the Platform must strictly comply with the following:
Must be your own: Only photographs of the advertiser themselves are permitted. Using images of other people is prohibited.
Must be real and current: Photographs must reflect the advertiser's real and current appearance. Moderate aesthetic editing is allowed, but alterations that substantially change the appearance are not.
Cannot be downloaded from the internet: The use of images found on the web, third-party social media, stock image banks, or any source other than the advertiser themselves is prohibited.
Cannot contain minors: Under no circumstances may minors appear in images, not even in the background.
Cannot contain third-party watermarks: Images must not include watermarks, logos, or identifiers from other websites or persons.
5. Third-Party Appearances in Content
All content published on the Platform that shows identifiable persons other than the advertiser requires their explicit consent for publication.
The moderation team actively reviews content and may flag images or videos that contain identifiable third parties.
Flagged content will remain hidden from the public site until the advertiser confirms they have consent from all visible persons.
Any person appearing in published content without their authorization may report the image through our reports page. These reports are treated with high priority.
Repeated publication of content without third-party consent may result in sanctions, including account suspension.
6. Content Verification
TravestisElite reserves the right to:
Review all content before or after its publication.
Request photo verification to confirm that images correspond to the advertiser.
Use technological tools to detect duplicate, stolen, or artificially generated images.
Request additional documentation when there are doubts about the authenticity of the content.
7. Multiple Accounts
Each advertiser may have only one account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person is prohibited and results in:
The immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
No right to a refund of payments made.
Possible permanent ban from the Platform.
8. Consequences of Violations
Non-compliance with this Content Policy may result in:
Warning: For minor infractions or first offenses.
Content removal: Immediate removal of material that violates the rules.
Temporary suspension: Account blocked for a determined period.
Permanent cancellation: Permanent account deletion without the right to a refund.
Report to authorities: In cases of illegal content, especially those involving minors or human trafficking.
9. Report Content
If you find content that violates this policy, we ask that you report it immediately through our contact page or by writing to soporte@anuncioselite.com. Include in your report as many details as possible (ad URL, description of the violation, screenshots if possible). All reports are confidential and will be investigated promptly.
10. Content Ownership
Advertisers retain ownership of their original content. By publishing on TravestisElite, they grant the Platform a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to display such content within any site of the Anuncios Elite network (anuncioselite.com) while the account is active. This license automatically expires upon content deletion or account closure. TravestisElite does not redistribute or commercialize advertiser content outside the Platform.
