1. Zero Tolerance
TravestisElite (travestiselite.com) maintains a position of absolute zero tolerance toward human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labor, and any form of coercion. We are committed to actively combating these practices and protecting the dignity and fundamental rights of all persons.
TravestisElite operates within the Anuncios Elite network (anuncioselite.com), which centrally manages prevention policies and verification processes.
2. Our Commitment
TravestisElite is a private online business that chooses to be conscious and proactive regarding the issue of human trafficking. We commit to:
Implementing internal initiatives for prevention and awareness of human trafficking.
Maintaining active efforts in outreach and awareness-raising to combat this issue globally.
Cooperating enthusiastically with law enforcement and competent authorities assigned to combat this grave violation of human rights.
Detecting and responding swiftly to any warning signs or suspicions.
Investing in technology and processes that improve detection and prevention.
Training our team to recognize and act upon indicators of trafficking.
Maintaining reporting channels that are accessible, safe, and confidential.
3. Prevention Measures
We implement the following measures to prevent human trafficking on our Platform:
Mandatory identity and age verification for all advertisers before allowing the publication of ads.
Content review through human moderation and technological tools.
Suspicious pattern monitoring: Detection of accounts that show signs of being managed by third parties.
One account per person limit to hinder the management of third-party profiles.
Periodic verifications to confirm that advertisers act voluntarily and independently.
Image analysis to detect photographs that are duplicated or used across multiple platforms by different persons.
4. Identity and Age Verification
All advertisers must complete a verification process that includes:
Valid identity document proving legal age (18 years or older).
Real-time photo verification to confirm that the person matches the document and the ad photographs.
Voluntary declaration confirming that the advertiser is acting of their own free will and without coercion from third parties.
Verification data is treated with the utmost confidentiality and security, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Warning Signs
Our team is trained to identify signs that could indicate trafficking situations. If you are a user of the Platform, be alert to the following signs:
Does the person arrive accompanied by another individual who appears to exercise control over them?
Does that individual speak for the person or appear to make decisions on their behalf?
Does the person seem fearful of that individual?
Does the person have difficulty communicating, whether due to a language barrier or fear of interacting?
Third parties managing the profile, communications, or finances of an advertiser.
Multiple ads managed from the same device, location, or with similar patterns.
Photographs appearing in different ads or platforms with different identities.
Advertisers showing signs of restricted movement or communication.
Sudden and unusual changes in an advertiser's profile or activity.
Minors appearing to be adults.
While a single sign by itself may not be cause for alarm, multiple combined signs constitute an important alert. Use common sense and contact the appropriate authorities if you suspect someone is a victim of trafficking.
6. Reporting Mechanism
Anyone may report suspicions of human trafficking or exploitation in the following ways:
Email: By writing to soporte@anuncioselite.com with the subject line "Anti-Trafficking Report".
Contact page: Through the form available on our website.
Anonymous reporting: We accept anonymous reports and guarantee that no identification will be required to make them.
All reports are treated with absolute confidentiality, investigated as a priority, and, when appropriate, referred to the competent authorities.
In addition to reporting through TravestisElite, we urge you to communicate any suspicion directly to the competent authorities in your jurisdiction and/or to the anti-trafficking resources listed below.
